The package appears to have the HTTPS Inspection feature disabled. In the "Conditional #defines" section of http://config.privoxy.org/show-status, "FEATURE_HTTPS_INSPECTION" is reported as "no". Adding the "--with-openssl" option to the "./configure" line in PKGBUILD enabled support, with "FEATURE_HTTPS_INSPECTION" then being reported as "yes". The feature is required to use Privoxy with HTTPS traffic.
