[Bug] Error output if directory default.pa.d does not exist

Description:

When I start Chinnamon by startx with Pulseaudio installed, I get the following error message.

stat('/etc/pulse/default.pa.d'): No such file or directory

I suggest that /etc/pulse/default.pa.d be created automatically when installing pulseaudio.

Steps to reproduce:

1. pacman -S cinnamon xorg-xserver xorg-xinit
2. copy & edit xinitrc
3. startx
