warning: BuildQt: Unable to find Qt User Interface Compiler (pyuic6)

ERROR Backend subprocess exited when trying to invoke build_wheel
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

Other users pointed out that this is a permission issue and it is probably caused by

  # fix permissions
  find "$pkgdir" -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;

which unsets the executable bit of all files. It should probably not do this for binaries like pyuic6.
