Update patch checksum for github format change
Remove python-pytest-lazy-fixture
- Only used in tests/test_contrib/test_fsm_storage/test_storage.py which is removed.
- Related python-pytest-lazy-fixture#1 (closed).
Change to a PEP 517 based workflow
