Maintaining that patch has been annoying. Use the reinstated
python-exceptiongroup instead.

This was an accidental push. 4.x should not be on main branch until all
packages are compatible.

4.x is not yet fully supported by dependent packages. Let's keep 3.x in
main branch to avoid unexpected version upgrades during rebuilds (ex:
Python 3.12 rebuilds).

Pushed to [extra-staging] as anyio 4.x breaks python-fastapi. fastapi
pins older starlette, while the latest starlette is required for anyio
4.x support.

uvloop support has been there for a long time, and curio support was
dropped as of anyio 3.0 [1]
