Update project url
Current url returns 404. The new one is found from https://github.com/scott-griffiths/bitstring/blob/5dc67c5e4b747dbfbc52bac5dcdaffc9a391d539/pyproject.toml#L33. This MR resolves https://archlinux.org/todo/broken-package-urls/.
