python-flask-security-too FTBFS

Description:

python-flask-security-too fails to build from source with python-sphinx 7.1+ due to an upstream bug in processing copyright dates when SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH is exported.

With the suggested fix from upstream for that failure check then fails as 4.1.6 appears to be incompatible with the current python-flask.
