As setuptools' `pkg_resources` is used in the tests, install to a test
location in check() instead of applying a patch in prepare(), which
hardcodes the version.

Python-setuptools and python-pyyaml are direct dependencies.
Python-nose-fixes is not required to run tests.
Python-simplejson may be used as alternative JSON parser
