Fix python-pillow license location.

Between 10.1.0 and 10.2.0, Pillow changed from setup.cfg to pyproject.toml, and changed the package name from Pillow to pillow at the same time, breaking the /usr/share/licenses/python-pillow/LICENSE symlink.
