Should we list python-proton-vpn-local-agent as a dependency of python-proton-vpn-network-manager? Currently python-proton-vpn-local-agent is listed as a dependency of proton-vpn-gtk-app.

Upstream's Debian and Fedora build scripts define python-proton-vpn-local-agent as a dependency of python-proton-vpn-network-manager.
