Remove ignored tests, that are fixed with a newer python-hypothesis.

Add python-pytest-benchmark to checkdepends to have pytest recognize custom parameters

Add upstream tickets for the encountered problems.

Downgrade, because python-pydantic upstream pins the version of this package down to the patch-level version... ;_;

Add python-pydantic-core as new dependency for python-pydantic.
