- remove python-pip dep (https://archlinux.org/todo/remove-python-pip-from-makedepends/)
 - remove docs-related makedeps (we're currently not building docs)
 - remove obsolete makedeps
 - build+package using python build+installer
 - add some remarks w.r.t. how manpages could be generated in the future

my makefile patch was merged upstream in https://github.com/svinota/pyroute2/pull/925

upstream has split their pyroute2 source tree into different sub-modules with their 0.6 branch.
this took some figuring out on how to package properly, thus the delayed pkgver bump.

the upstream tests appear to be no longer working / intended for running at downstream packaging, thus check() is now basically empty

releasing the 0.6.x package to [community-testing] initially

I have not been able to get a working pyroute2 0.6.x PKGBUILD together,
therefore I backported the above patch.

While solving the issue with the tests being included in the package,
I had kept some preparations for their 0.6.x series that I unfortunately
did not revert for the 0.5.19 fix.
This resulted in a somewhat broken 0.5.19-2 package. :(
