* Update maintainer/contributor info. foutrelis was mentioned as they
  applied a mass cleanup when this package was still in official
  repositories [1]. I removed their name as that's not a targeted
  contribution.
* Update pkgdesc following upstream repo description [2]. Apparently qps
  is not limited to X11 nowadays.
* General fixes/improvements: fix dependencies, drop i686, enable PGP
  verification, cmake configuration updates
* Drop unused qps.desktop. Upstream already provides that.
