FTBFS - Temporarily changed the upstream repository

Hi,

My GitHub account has been flagged a few days ago. I don't known why the issue occurred, and I think this is a mistake. I've already filed an appeal against this, so the flag may be removed soon.

However, I think it is inconvenient that the upstream repository is not available, so So I made this available on https://gitlab.com/sorairolake/qrtool. If you need to change the upstream repository, this might help.
