Rebuild against libgig 4.4.0
Move sodepends to package() function so that they may not pull in unwanted dependencies when used top-level.

Set license identifier according to upstream info

Move cmake options to local bash array.
Consolidate cmake calls to adhere to packaging guidelines.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Add debug package.

Simplify quoting in file.
Simplify calls to cmake and make.

Switch to qt6.
Add qt6-wayland to optdepends for native wayland support.

Switch to cmake as build system.

Moving all sodeps to package() and adding the respective packages to makedepends.

Rebuilding against libgig 4.2.0. Running autoreconf in prepare(). Switching to correct license (GPL2). Minor cleanups.
