Add sh as additional dependency for service script.

Move dependencies to bash arrays.
Move configure options to local bash array.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Configure with --enable-gpt for GPT support (adds dependency on libfdisk.so).

Fix source, after changing the url string to the project's website (it
previously tracked its github page) before committing the first version of the
PKGBUILD.
