Does not install shaders
Description:
The package does not install shaders.
A fresh install of retroarch has no shaders available. It is supposed to come with a large bundle of slang shaders and more, and it looks for them in /usr/share/libretro/shaders... /usr/share/libretro does not exist.

Steps to reproduce:
- If retroarch is installed, uninstall it
- Install retroarch
- Load a game and check the quick menu to see if any shaders can be loaded
