riscv64-elf-newlib conflicts with arm-none-eabi-newlib

Description:

riscv64-elf-newlib: /usr/share/info/porting.info.gz exists in filesystem (owned by arm-none-eabi-newlib)

Additional info:

riscv64-elf-newlib upgrading from 4.1.0-3 to 4.4.0.20231231-1

arm-none-eabi-newlib already installed as 4.4.0.20231231-1

Personal notes:

I suspect ... neither packages should be install that file as a bare name, as further conflicts will likely arise in the future.

Perhaps appending the compiler triplet should work to avoid further conflicts.
