roc-recv and roc-send failing with "libsox.so.3" missing

Description:

Running roc-recv (and roc-send) is failing with:

roc-recv: error while loading shared libraries: libsox.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Additional info:

Version         : 0.4.0-1

Name            : sox
Version         : 14.6.1-1

libsox.so.3 was last in sox 14.4.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install roc-toolkit and sox
2. Run roc-recv in cli
