Switch to correct SPDX license identifier for upstream project

Use bash arrays with one entry per line for better handling.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Remove now included patch to fix linking stage.

Add upstream patch to fix a segfault: https://sourceforge.net/p/rosegarden/bugs/1647/
