adsl.service points to non-existent binaries / scripts

Description:

Package rp-pppoe ships with adsl.service.

This service points to pppoe-start and pppoe-stop

But those two binaries (or scripts) no more exist.

So adsl.service should be deleted as ppp@service (which comes with pppd package) can be used as a replacement.
