Rebuilding against libgit2 0.99.0. Adding sodeps for libgit2.so in package() and adding libgit2 to makedepends. Adding patch to remove currently failing tests (independent of the newer version of libgit2).

Upgrading to 0.28.4. Updating maintainer info. Updating libgit2 sources (for tests) to 0.28.4.

Upgrading to 0.28.3. Adding fix to import the correct version of the gem (YOLO upstream).

Upgrading to 0.28.0. Rebuilding against libgit2 0.28.2. Adding libgit2 sources, so tests can be run against its fixtures/resources.
