Outdated Ruby

Description:

Ruby 3.0 is outdated and soon will be EOL.

Some Ruby programs eg. puppet depend on atleast 3.1.0 and thus are not runnable on Arch.

Even Debian has Ruby 3.1.

Ruby 3.3 has been already released for 2+ months and I want to use it on Arch :)

So what's the reason for holdup?
