Tag for version update?

I'm not familiar enough with the package release flow to know exactly why, but it looks like despite the new version (3.2.4) merging last week, there isn't a new release in either Extra or Extra-Testing.

If this is normal and it's just making its way through the tubes, my apologies for the noise. But I wanted to open an issue in case this is something up w/ the build or release that needs to be unstuck.
