PKGBUILD changes:

- Make build & test completely independent of the upstream Makefile/s. What the
  Make targets do is actually quite standard but that is obfuscated by the
  complexity of the files.
  They also set some flags we do not want, e.g. -race and -static. Removing the
  latter reduces the installed package size by 33.90 MiB.

- Remove bash-completion from optdepends. I don't think it is necessary or
  usual to list dependencies for shell-completions. Feel free to add it back if
  you think otherwise.

- Switch to VCS source to remove need to set commit etc.
- Vendor Go dependencies in prepare() to avoid downloads in build().
- Remove redundant patching.
- Build in source archive to simplify PKGBUILD.
- Package fish completion.

We should just ditch the makefile and build via go.
