Adapt systemd service to upstream changes (running as unprivileged user is now possible).
Move default rocksdb data directory to /var/lib/stalwart-mail/data/.
Add stalwart-mail-old-upgrade as new optional dependency for stalwart-mail.
Add post_upgrade message explaining how to migrate data.
