stroke interface should not be shipped

As of 6.0.0-2, --enable-stroke is used to ship the old configuration interface. This interface has been deprecated for many, many years now and should not be shipped anymore. To quote the strongswan documentation:

The legacy stroke management interface has been deprecated for many years and has been replaced by the versatile vici management interface. Thus with strongSwan 6.0, the stroke plugin is not enabled by default anymore and has to be built separately.

In fact, swanctl.conf / vici were introduced with strongSwan 5.2 in 2014. It is well documented, see here how to migrate to the new configuration, and there's even a script available to do so.

I don't think it's a good idea to explicitly enable an interface that has been deprecated for 11 years when upstream does not enable this anymore themselves.
