Split standalone and lv2 plugin into separate packages.
Apply fix so that devtools detects dependencies correctly:
archlinux/devtools#102

Consolidate cmake calls to align with packaging guidelines.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Remove unneeded quotes and curly braces.
Add debug package.

Adding non-session-manager to optdepends.
