Please backport https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/39071 to fix steaminput

This would fix https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/39043 and https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/12310, otherwise steaminput is broken until the next systemd version.

https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/39071 contains the fix.
