Description:

In recent build the telegram-desktop crashed at some actions:

1. Opening media in a channel in picture-in-picture mode;
2. Enabling camera in video call.

Steps to reproduce:

I. On opening media in PiP mode:

1. Open a channel
2. Find and open any video
3. Press picture-in-picture

II. On enabling camera in video call:

1. Start a call with the user
2. User turn on the camera
