Drop Python system deps from package
@loqs suggested that [perhaps the Python system deps can be dropped from the pacakage](https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/tensorflow/-/merge_requests/4#note_215458). Investigate this and drop the deps.
