pdfjam needs update

Description:

A new version of pdfjam is available, which also includes some fixes.

As it seems pdfjam is packaged within texlive-binextra, I added the issue here.

% pacman -Qo `which pdfjam`
/usr/bin/pdfjam is owned by texlive-binextra 2024.2-2
% pdfjam --version
3.10

Could you update pdfjam?
