Rebuild to adapt to changes in libblockdev's split package setup in
3.1.0-2.

Rebuild to build against split package setup of libblockdev.
Introduce split packages for btrfs and lvm2 modules.
Move btrfs filesystem support to optdepends.
Remove lvm2 from default dependencies (the dedicated module is used
for this).

As the modules can be loaded dynamically, move them to separate
packages, so that users needing that integration can install it
specifically.

The upstream iSCSI plugin is based on a heavily patched open-iscsi,
without which we can not build the plugin.

Both are not directly required: btrfs-progs only for some filesystem
operations when targetting a BTRFS filesystem and lvm2 only for lvm2
operations.
