license file in non-standard location

Description:

The license file is installed as /usr/share/doc/licenses/usd, should be in /usr/share/licenses/usd/LICENSE.txt as all the other packages licenses are in /usr/share/licenses/<pkgname> directories.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. sudo pacman -S usd. License is installed as `/usr/share/doc/licenses/usd'
