Provide drop-in symbolic links as a separated package

Current uutils-coreutils provides multicall uu-coreutils and uu- prefixed symlinks. And layout of the package is discussed in #1 to replace coreutils.

If GNU coreutils has separated multicall package (coreutils#4 (closed)), we can use uutils as drop-in without removing GNU coreutils completely.

Moreover, we can create drop-in AUR package by mixing symlinks of coreutils and uu-coreutils (see coreutils-uutils or coreutils-uutils-symlink in AUR).

By the way, uutils-coreutils does not need to have uu- prefixed symlinks since uu-coreutil echo hello is possible.
