devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Remove unneeded patches.
Switch to wolfssl as dependency (upstream requires it now).
Remove all custom sample files (those should be provided upstream or derived
from documentation). Likely they did not even apply anymore.
Add upstream's READMEs and HOWTOs.

Streamline patches and naming.
Simplify calls to make and installation.
Add debug package.
Update maintainer info.
