Backup /etc/default configuration

Hi, /etc/default/vector is overwritten on upgrades currently. Since this contains configuration for the unit, e.g. which config directory should be used, this can break the complete configuration on upgrades.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
