Arch's release of this package has been outdated for a long time now

Description:

Arch is shipping v1.0.1 of this package. v1.1.0 was released 6 months ago at which time the Arch package was flagged out of date. As of 3 days ago v1.1.1 has also been released but it is not even in testing repos.

Is there is particular reason for this package being held back?
