volumeicon not compatible with recent versions of gdk-pixbuf2 ?

Description:

The volumeicon doesn't seem to be working properly with the recent versions of gdk-pixbuf2.

• gdk-pixbuf2-2.44.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
• gdk-pixbuf2-2.44.3-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Steps to reproduce:

Using OpenBox (3.6.1-12) + Tint2 (17.0.2-4). After updating the system, a running process of volumeicon is found via CLI, but not showing in the systray of Tint2 anymore. One has to downgrade to gdk-pixbuf2-2.42.12-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst to get it working. Discussions with workaround:
