Error related to a user and a daemon on upgrade/install

Description:

On upgrade or reinstall of the package, it produces that error message:

/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/wesnothd.conf:1: Failed to resolve user '_wesnoth': No such process
error: command failed to execute correctly

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install or reinstall wesnoth package

To be completely honest I didn't launched this for years, I'm quite surprised to find something that seems related to a daemon and a user, but couldn't find much information on this release (not yet showing up in https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/blob/master/changelog.md and just an empty entry at the end of https://wiki.wesnoth.org/1.17_Roadmap#1.18.0), but then maybe packaging needs some adaption around this?
