Description: at least since v6.21 cups printers are not detected until lib32-libcups has been installed
Suggested solution: add lib32-libcups as a package dependency

Steps to reproduce: On a system with cups printers
- Install wine 6.23 without lib32-libcups
- run notepad
- open print dialog, no printers available
- install lib32-libcups
- run winecfg
- run notepad
- open print dialog, printers available
