Various fixes

• Fold prepare and build
• Drop outdated gst comment
• Cleanup builddir handling
• Remove -fno-plt and -z,now workarounds

First commit Closes: #3 (closed) while the others are related cleanups.

Aside: the wine-staging PKGBUILD could use some sync wrt wine. But that's for another day/place.
