Drop unnecessary patch.
Switch to more specific SPDX license identifiers in accordance with upstream information:
GPL-2.0-or-later and GPL-3.0-or-later.

Apply upstreamed patch for custom LV2 extension, which otherwise fails with lv2lint in check().

Remove unneeded dependency on zita-convolver

Split into x42-plugins-lv2 and x42-plugins-standalone to separate lv2 plugins and JACK standalones.
Reformat all bash arrays to one entry per line for better maintainability.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Moving jack and liblo to optdepends (they're only needed for the standalone applications). Removing gtk2 from makedepends.

Upgrading to 20190507. Adding XDG desktop integration for x42-darc. Removing now unneeded glib2 dependency (pango includes it).
