loqs requested to merge loqs/yasm:support-note.gnu.property into main

yasm lacks support for note.gnu.property 1. Which is required for user space shadow stack and indirect branch tracking. Fix by applying upstream commit 0799f381d513e18f404654047fa1b412084968c8 2. This is a prerequisite for packages using yasm to support user space shadow stack and indirect branch tracking. Fixes #1
