Missing libOpenIPMI.so.0

Hello.

With zabbix-server update from 6.4.7-1 to 6.4.8-2 the zabbix-server-mysql service doesn't start any more with the following error:

zabbix_server_mysql[528]: /usr/bin/zabbix_server_mysql: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenIPMI.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing openipmi fixes this.

I think openipmi should be a dep, not an optdep.
