Change landing page to support Debian and performance improvements

Debian has quite a lot more packages and the current per "suite" overview of good/bad packages is quite buggy with showing the reproducible packages.

Holger has requested to show the most recent builds prominent on the home page. This will require some changes and thinking about what needs to be on the home page.

Users most likely want to check a specific package to see if it is not reproducible, they also might want to browser non-reproducible packages but this needs to be paginated to not create too many DOM elements so the website becomes horribly slow.

So ideas are:

• Show recent builds (24h/48hours or fixed amount?)
• A way to find a specific package, searchbar?
• Show live builds and queue length (maybe configurable, available in the dashboard endpoint)
• Introduce per package page
• Overview of good/bad packages (paginated otherwise becomes too slow) (also available as separate url)
