For a full installation media release we need to [generate a .torrent file](https://github.com/pierres/archlinux-torrent-utils/blob/1fb479ddc26af4eb4cf80cf3bc6e5da47b3c8c5b/mktorrent-archlinux). The base64 representation of the torrent needs to be added to the the JSON artifact (#3), so that archweb may pick it up.
