Remove/ update symlinks on update or removal of pkgbase

When updating a (set of) package(s) we want to remove the old symlinks in the repository to the package pool as well as the symlinks in the management repository (from pkgname to pkgbase).

This needs to be implemented in the context of one or several Tasks, probably accompanied by Checks.
