Add visualization of repod components for a top-level overview

To allow newcomers (and users) of the project to understand the workings of repod, we need to add a visual representation of data flow through the various components. E.g. package -> binary repository & management repository -> sync database

This visualization can be done e.g. as an SVG file and be included in the documentation.
