Improve readability of man page

Currently the man page for repod.conf uses a lot of list elements, which is unreadible. Additionally, the option intros should be switched to option = instead of option: to indicate correct use of option to the user (while the option description should start one line below the option).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
